Performance of Volume Conductive HIPS Sheet Roll:
A. Mechanical properties: high strength, fatigue resistance, size stability, and small creep (rarely changing under high temperature conditions);
B. Thermal aging: enhanced UL temperature index up to 120~140℃ (outdoor long-term aging is also very good);
C. Solvent resistance: no stress cracking;
D. Stability of water: it is easy to decompose when exposed to water (use with caution in high temperature and high humidity environment);
E, insulation performance: excellent (wet, high temperature can also maintain stable electrical performance, is the ideal material for manufacturing electronic, electrical parts);
F, molding processing: ordinary equipment injection or extrusion.The mold temperature is also lower than that of other engineering plastics due to its fast crystallization rate and good fluidity.
