Production process
Raw material drying: ensure low moisture content to avoid molding defects.
Extrusion process: form sheets through high-temperature extrusion.
Biaxial stretching: improve dimensional stability and mechanical properties.
Heat treatment: crystallization to enhance heat resistance.
Surface treatment: add anti-scratch layer or barrier coating as required.
