Production of high-impact HIPS blister sheets

● إعداد المواد الخام:

High-impact HIPS resin: Select high-quality high-impact HIPS resin as the base material.
Additives: Add antioxidants, stabilizers, pigments, etc. as needed to improve material properties and appearance.

● صب القذف:

Mixing: Evenly mix HIPS resin and additives in a mixer.
Extrusion: The mixture passes through an extruder, melts at high temperature and is extruded into a sheet through a mold.
Cooling: The extruded sheet is quickly cooled and shaped by a cooling roller.
Trimming: Trim the cooled sheet to a standard size.

● صب نفطة:

Preheating: Heat the HIPS sheet to an appropriate temperature to soften it.
Molding: Adsorb the softened sheet onto the mold through vacuum adsorption or compressed air to form the desired shape.
Cooling: Keep the molded sheet in the mold to cool until it hardens and sets again.
Demolding: Remove the cooled and set blister product from the mold.

● Post-processing:

Trimming: Remove excess edges and corners to obtain the final product.
Surface treatment: Perform surface printing, coating and other treatments as needed.
