Thermoforming HIPS Antistatic Dissipative 10^9~10^11 Plastic Laminating Sheets Roll is a conventional grade suitable for deep thermoforming.It is widely used, especially in low and medium electronic products as a packaging tray.
HIPS plastic laminating roll is easy to be thermally formed, the temperature should be 130 to 150 degrees Celsius.The pulling ratio is 5:1, which will be higher if it is a deep thermoforming product.
Storage of HIPS roll: as it is prone to damp, the product is recommended to be neatly rolled up at room temperature and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse to avoid damp.
HIPS roll term of use: the storage period is 9 months. For the best use effect, it is recommended to use within 4 months.
