The range of APET sheet roll is from 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm, which provide a large space for the design and utilization of APET products. The forming conditions of APET sheet (Annex Table 1): molding temperature is 90 ℃ – 120 ℃; mold temperature is 30 ℃ – 50 ℃. When the temperature reaches 120 ℃, APET becomes opaque, that is, post crystallization, and the barrier property decreases. For the material with a thickness of 3-4mm, the crystallization begins during the heating process. The exhaust channel of APET vacuum molding mold is 20% – 30% more than that of hips and PVC. APET sheet are as follows: it has good strength, good expansion performance and high light transmittance. It is suitable for high strength transparent packaging, such as food or grease.
