(1) with baffle plate, air distribution hood or screen screen to adjust the distribution of hot air, so that the sheet parts evenly heated.

3. wet sheet.The following methods can be adopted to exclude:
(1) pre-drying treatment.For example, the thickness of 0.5 mm polycarbonate sheet should be dried for 1-2h at the temperature of 125-130 ~C, and the thickness of 3mm Hoja de pp should be dried for 6-7h.The thickness of 3mm * wood should be dried at 80-90 ‘E temperature for 1 — 2 hours, and should be immediately after drying hot forming.
