What Is Anti-Block PP Sheet?
Anti-block PP sheet is a polypropylene thermoforming sheet engineered to prevent surface adhesion between stacked sheets or formed products.
By incorporating controlled anti-blocking agents (including mineral-based solutions such as calcium carbonate), the sheet maintains consistent separation during storage, feeding, and high-speed thermoforming. This improves processing stability, reduces downtime, and ensures clean handling without surface damage.
Anti-block PP sheets are commonly used in food packaging, disposable items, and reusable containers where smooth feeding and stacking efficiency are critical.
