APET plastic sheet roll in high transparent color

APET roll is without pollution, crystal, high transparency, good smoothness, strong impact resistance, can widely film according to customer requirements.

The range of APET sheet roll is from 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm, which provide a large space for the design and utilization of APET products. The forming conditions of APET sheet (Annex Table 1): molding temperature is 90 ℃ – 120 ℃; mold temperature is 30 ℃ – 50 ℃. When the temperature reaches 120 ℃, APET becomes opaque, that is, post crystallization, and the barrier property decreases. For the material with a thickness of 3-4mm, the crystallization begins during the heating process. The exhaust channel of APET vacuum molding mold is 20% – 30% more than that of hips and PVC.
