Finally, HIPS slices are cut with the shear machine. In the process, special attention should be paid to whether the mixture is blended evenly.In graft copolymerization, butadiene particles are dissolved into styrene monomer, copolymerization occurs with the help of catalyst peroxide, and the copolymerization products are finally put into the extruder for granulation.
