RPET Sheet Roll is a sustainable thermoforming-grade PET material produced with recycled PET content, designed to balance environmental responsibility with reliable forming performance. In food and non-food packaging applications, RPET is most commonly supplied in ABA multilayer structure, where recycled PET is encapsulated between virgin PET layers to ensure safety, consistency, and compliance.

From real production and export experience, RPET sheet is not simply a “cheaper PET alternative.” Its performance depends heavily on layer structure, recycled content ratio, filtration quality, and extrusion control. When properly engineered, RPET sheets can perform very close to virgin PET in standard thermoforming lines.

ABA Multilayer RPET Sheet

An ABA structure consists of three co-extruded layers:

Outer layers (A): Animal de compagnie vierge
Core layer (B): Recycled PET (rPET)

This design allows manufacturers to use recycled content while maintaining the surface quality, mechanical strength, and food-contact safety of virgin PET.
