1. heating too fast.

2. uneven heating.The following methods can be adopted to exclude:

3. wet sheet.The following methods can be adopted to exclude:
(1) pre-drying treatment.For example, the thickness of 0.5 mm polycarbonate sheet should be dried for 1-2h at the temperature of 125-130 ~C, and the thickness of 3mm Lembar pp should be dried for 6-7h.The thickness of 3mm * wood should be dried at 80-90 ‘E temperature for 1 — 2 hours, and should be immediately after drying hot forming.
(2) preheating treatment.Change the heating method to heating both sides.Especially when the thickness of the sheet is above 2nan, the two sides must be taken and heated.Do not open the Lembar pp of moisture-proof packaging too early.Lembar pp should be unsealed before hot forming and formed immediately.
