1. heating too fast.
The following methods can be taken to exclude: appropriately reduce the heater temperature.Slow down the heating speed appropriately.Properly increase the distance between the sheet and the heater, so that the heater from the sheet some further.
2. uneven heating.The following methods can be adopted to exclude:
(1) with baffle plate, air distribution hood or screen screen to adjust the distribution of hot air, so that the sheet parts evenly heated.

3. wet sheet.The following methods can be adopted to exclude:
(1) pre-drying treatment.For example, the thickness of 0.5 mm polycarbonate sheet should be dried for 1-2h at the temperature of 125-130 ~C, and the thickness of 3mm PP sheet should be dried for 6-7h.The thickness of 3mm * wood should be dried at 80-90 ‘E temperature for 1 — 2 hours, and should be immediately after drying hot forming.
(2) preheating treatment.Change the heating method to heating both sides.Especially when the thickness of the sheet is above 2nan, the two sides must be taken and heated.Do not open the PP sheet of moisture-proof packaging too early. PP sheet should be unsealed before hot forming and formed immediately.
