HTR & LTR HIPS Sheet for Thermoforming

High / Low Temperature Resistant HIPS Sheet is engineered for applications where standard HIPS reaches its performance limits.
Through controlled formulation and extrusion parameters, these sheets maintain mechanical stability, impact resistance, and dimensional consistency under elevated heat or low-temperature conditions, while preserving the processing advantages of HIPS.

Designed for thermoforming, industrial packaging, and technical components exposed to temperature extremes during use or logistics.

Standard HIPS performs well at ambient conditions, but certain applications require enhanced temperature tolerance.
Our temperature-resistant HIPS sheets are produced by adjusting rubber phase balance, resin selection, and extrusion control, rather than relying on excessive fillers that compromise formability.

Two functional variants are available:

  • High Temperature Resistant HIPS Sheet
  • Low Temperature Resistant HIPS Sheet

Both are supplied with consistent sheet quality suitable for downstream forming and conversion.
