HIPS Permanent Antistatic 10^9 Plastic Roll Sheet has small density (light weight), environmental protection, non-toxic, very good plasticity, poor toughness, easy to be brittle, can not be made into transparent materials, so it can only be made into a substrate type of blister, because it is easy to crack, this kind of blister is not suitable for recovery.

HIPS Permanent Antistatic 10^9 Plastic Roll Sheet is easy to be thermally formed, the temperature should be 130 to 150 degrees Celsius.The pulling ratio is 5:1, which will be higher if it is a deep thermoforming product.

The storage ofHIPS sheet rollis recommended to be neatly rolled up at room temperature and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse.

Storage life Of HIPS sheet roll: long term storage under appropriate storage conditions.For best results, use within 6 months is recommended.
